The Emperor's Trophy and The Empress's Trophy

I will introduce the Emperor's Trophy and the Empress's Trophy. This championship has teams from each district of the administrative divisions of Japan, High school volleyball teams, university volleyball teams, volleyball club teams and industrial-league volleyball teams can enter this championship. The industrial-league volleyball teams usually advance to the next round of a tournament, but sometimes a high school team beats a university volleyball team, and sometimes a university volleyball team beats an industrial-league volleyball team. It is interesting for me to watch the championship. The championship season will be held from December 15 through December 24. The championship will be from December 15 to December 17 in Tokyo Gym in Tokyo and will be from December 23 to December 24 in Ota-ku Synthesis Gym in Tokyo. The teams that wins the championship gets ten million yen, and the second place team gets four million yen. You can watch their heated match for the championship. High school volleyball teams don't have the power and technical skills that university volleyball teams and industrial-league volleyball teams have, but high school volleyball teams fight with all their strength to oppose the university volleyball teams and industrial-league volleyball teams.

Exciting Volleyball League

I will introduce the V. League. The V. League is made up of industrial-league volleyball teams. The industrial-league volleyball teams are more powerful than the Volleyball High School Championship. The V. League season will be held from October through March on Saturdays and Sundays. There are a Premium League and a Challenge League in the V. League. There are 8 men teams and 8 women teams in the Premium League, and there are 8 men teams and 7 women teams in the Challenge League. The Premium League is stronger than the Challenge League. The lowest ranked teams in the Premium League, must compete with the highest ranked teams  in the Challenge League, because there is promotion and relegation. The Premium League's team fights to not be relegated to Challenge League. Conversely, the Challenge League's team fights to be promoted to the Premium League. There are promotional goods from the V. League such as T-shirts, towels, bags, and other miscellaneous goods. The V. League's entrance fee is about from 2,500 to 10,000 yen. V. League matches are in var ion held, team hometown, such as Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Aichi. There are foreign volleyball players in  the Premium League. They have power, height and technical skills, so foreign volleyball players are becoming the focal point of the matches

All-Japan Volleyball High School Championship

I will introduce the All-Japan Volleyball High School Championship in Tokyo. This championship is important for third year high school volleyball players, because it's their last championship. The championship becomes the central focus of these volleyball players. It will be held from January 4 through January 8. Choosing the representatives from Tokyo is the most severe in all of Japan, because there are about 256 teams in Tokyo. Of these, 4 men teams and 4 women teams are chosen for the championship this year, the 4 men teams are Sundai Educational School, Toua Educational School, Toyo High School and Waseda  Vocational High School, 4 women teams are Kyouei Educational School, Seitoku High School, Bunkyou High School and Hachiouji Practice High School. This championship can entry only three teams with men teams, so one team just can't entry to the championship. The representational decision match will be in Sumida-ku in Tokyo. The gym's name is Sumida-ku Synthesis Gym. The gym was a model for the comic title is Haikyu.

Cheerleaders and brass bands come to the gym to support their team, so you can get excited to watch the match. If you watch the matches, you way shed tears.

University's Practice

I will introduce Tsurumi University's volleyball club. We practice on Mondays, Thursdays,  and Saturdays.  Monday and Thursday practices a start at 4:30 p.m. and finish at 7:50 p.m. Saturday practice starts at 1 p.m. and finishes at 5 p.m. There are 7 boy players and 4 girl players and 2 equipment managers. Our volleyball coach can only see our practice from time to time, so we must think about how to practice and we must advise each other, but players don't gather in practice. Old boys sometimes help our practice. We also have to organize practice matches by ourselves. We will change the Spring and Autumn League of Kanto University, of course we aim for victory! Our practice is enjoyable and we will because good volleyball players. Our practice isn't only work: we also go out for dinner, and  we go to karaoke and go shopping, play boring on holidays.

I will present two my volleyball videos!!  First, I will show you how strong I can spike! Next, I give to try volleyball. First, I set a plastic bottle on volleyball court of corner, and I serve the volleyball and hit the plastic bottle!! I took seven minutes to succeed. Please check out my volleyball videos! Scenes from Practice

I will introduce my younger teammates practice. Their practice field in Setagaya-ku in Tokyo. They practice because they will be in a Newcomer Tournament on November 5 2017. I helped their exercise as a coach. Their practice usually starts at 9 a.m. and finishes at 2 p.m. or they practice from 1 p.m. to about 6 p.m. Sometimes all day practice starts at 9 a.m. and finishes about 5 p.m. There are 12 first-year players and 5 second-year players, so the sum total is 17 players.

I help their practice on Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays. Sometimes they have practice games and I help at that time. Their basic practice, is running and stretching, training and inverted walking to strengthen the core of their body. The next practices are used a ball that they throw and catch balls and they received that I and volleyball manager hit many balls, and  they spiked many balls, finally, doing practice that formal game. After they finish practice, they must stretch and massage so they don't get injured. They always eat curry made by the club manager after practice. Finally they hold meeting with the volleyball manager. I hope that they have an earnest practice,  because they can't concentrate for a long time. If they try to cut corners in practice, they will become good volleyball players.

My Younger Teammates

I will introduce my younger teammates. I am a volleyball coach at my high school.　They entered the all-Japan volleyball high school championship the first elimination round. The elimination was on Sunday, August 20 2017, and Sunday, September 10 2017, and will contiune on Saturday, November 18 2017. My coaching job is to assist the volleyball manager, to help with their practice, and to give advice to the players.

Our team won and advanced to the next round of the tournament.  They won the match four times, so they were able to enter the group of eight-finals, and they entered this round for the second consecutive year! But they were defeated in the match by the Waseda Vocational High School by a score of 25 to 8 and 25 to 9. But I was happy, because they had good results. I think it won't take long for them to approach a tournament victory. I'll do my best to help them next season.
