Scenes from Practice

I will introduce my younger teammates practice. Their practice field in Setagaya-ku in Tokyo. They practice because they will be in a Newcomer Tournament on November 5 2017. I helped their exercise as a coach. Their practice usually starts at 9 a.m. and finishes at 2 p.m. or they practice from 1 p.m. to about 6 p.m. Sometimes all day practice starts at 9 a.m. and finishes about 5 p.m. There are 12 first-year players and 5 second-year players, so the sum total is 17 players.

I help their practice on Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays. Sometimes they have practice games and I help at that time. Their basic practice, is running and stretching, training and inverted walking to strengthen the core of their body. The next practices are used a ball that they throw and catch balls and they received that I and volleyball manager hit many balls, and  they spiked many balls, finally, doing practice that formal game. After they finish practice, they must stretch and massage so they don't get injured. They always eat curry made by the club manager after practice. Finally they hold meeting with the volleyball manager. I hope that they have an earnest practice,  because they can't concentrate for a long time. If they try to cut corners in practice, they will become good volleyball players.
